Fictional Bollywood characters, we can’t help but wish were real

There is a little bit of Bollywood that we take with us wherever we go and there is a little bit of Bollywood that we’d all want to experience in our lives at least once or so. Here, 6 Fictional Bollywood characters, we can’t help but wish were real!

1.Rancho, 3 Idiots

Aamir Khan’s character, least to say, was one of the most delightful acts to have been ever seen in a movie. The positivity, practicality and a twisted approach to our present society/education system were really long due. The movie and the character brought in a lot of changes in a lot of parents/teachers/mentors. Imagine where would we be today had he been for real? Our Education Minister, perhaps?

2.Geet, Jab We Met

“As we grow old, things get more and more complicated.” Not for somebody like Geet though. Jab We Met completed its ten years recently and so fresh is Kareena’s character in our minds yet and how! The care-free, love yourself attitude is what a lot of us lack in the lieu of our insecurities. Geet, however, reminded us to retain our originality. Wouldn’t hurt to have her as my best friend, tbh.

3.Hansa and Praful, Khichdi The movie

This duo is certainly one of the most unforgettable and priceless couples of all times. However lame and illogical Praful’s jokes may be, I am sure, none of us would regret or deny the opportunity of having him around. Hansa, on another end, is the epitome of love and affection that a woman can have for her husband, supporting her through the stupidity and beyond. If you penetrate through deeper levels, you will actually realize that this couple teaches us to love life and the importance of finding joys in the minimalistic of things, to not get offended by whatever whoever has to say – and do what you want. Isn’t that all that we need a daily reminder of?

4.Rani, Queen

KanganaRanaut as Rani, to say so in a sentence, was a fresh wave of change the world needs at the moment. Rani taught us the need to become independent, to not let anyone ever steal our happiness and to make rules for self. The movie imbibed a whole sense of self-belongingness and the urgency to recognize self-worth. Which world does not need self-dependency and recognition of self?

5.Munna Bhai & Circuit

Talking of friendships, we cannot ignore this duo. We need them but with a little bit of alteration here and there. You know like, minus the fraud and the con, also do not forget the language refinement. You know what we mean? Our very own customized Munna and circuit, haha.

6.Veronica, Cocktail

The character that would look rather spoilt and an absolute fail on the surface, on further deeper layers, to speak of, was much more than that. Veronica was a woman who knew what friendship means. In the selfish world of today, hardly do we ever see or meet people who’d even flip a penny for us without finding a benefit and this character went to a whole new level of giving up her love for her best friend. Even better, the best friend she had randomly found in a washroom. We need more veronicas, the world needs selflessness!
