The cast and crew of Thugs of Hindostan recently faced a setback when Mr. Amitabh Bacchan fell ill. However, in a recent post shared by Amir himself, he has mentioned that Amitabh Bacchan is well and is back on the sets of the film. Big B who has been suffering back and shoulder pain has been filming a lot of action sequences which have taken a toll on his health. Amitabh Bacchan who wears a lot of heavy costumes have been facing this pain for quite some time. He has a team of doctors flown from Mumbai to Jodhpur to help him with his pain.
Amir feels that if the film becomes a hit, their efforts and hard work will be recognized. Also, the ace actor has expressed his joy about working with Amitabh Bacchan. According to him, it is a matter of great pride to share screen space with Big B.
Amir Khan has never stopped experimenting with his characters. Whether it is an honest police officer at Sarfarosh, or a sympathetic encouraging teacher at Taare Zameen Par, a comic character at Andaaz Apna Apna or an almost eccentric music director at Secret Superstar, Amir has effortlessly slipped into the shoes of his character.
